AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSTER_edited.jpg

They’re Creepy, They’re Kooky, and they are heading to the IPAC Stage!

Imagine is excited to announce our audition-only production of The Addams Family Young@Part!

This production is open to performers ages 8-18, and we encourage individuals of all abilities to audition and share their love for theater and storytelling!

The Addams Family Musical: Young@Part Edition follows Wednesday Addams as she falls in love with a “normal” boy and brings his family home to meet her delightfully macabre relatives. As secrets spill and cultures clash, the two families are forced to confront what it truly means to belong. With humor, heart, and spooky fun, the musical celebrates love, honesty, and embracing what makes every family unique.

**In order to audition, you MUST register here!**

Please note: If you are having trouble submitting your video or form, please send the information to info@imagineperformingartscenter.org  so we can assist you!

To prepare for the character audition, you must prepare a one-minute monologue and sing

a one-minute song that is upbeat and geared toward your ideal character.

Monologues do NOT have to be from published pieces and please bring an accompanying track to sing along with at your audition.

NOTE: If you can't make the audition date, we are accepting video submissions

until 11:59 on Friday, January 23rd!

Requirements for video submissions are the same as above.

Once auditions are closed, we will email a rehearsal video for the dance portion of the callback, if there will be a dance callback.

Cast List will be announced by Tuesday evening after Callbacks. It is important to note that if your student gets a callback, there will be a required parent meeting at callbacks to explain rules and policies for the show. If your student is at callbacks, they will be getting a part in the show, even if it is not a part that they got called back for.

Please note: we do offer double-casting or understudy opportunities within our productions to allow for more students to get the chance to perform. If a role is selected to be double cast, it will be specified in the FINAL casting email. If the role is not specified to be double cast in the email, students will perform that role in all shows.
