RENTER CODE OF CONDUCT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Imagine Performing Arts Center Rental Code of Conduct Agreement

Thank you for choosing Imagine Performing Arts Center! To ensure that everyone enjoys their experience, we ask that all renters and event participants adhere to the following guidelines. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all activities hosted at our facility:

1. Respectful Conduct: Treat all staff, instructors, guests, and fellow renters with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.

2. No Discrimination or Harassment: Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior—including offensive language, gestures, or actions—will not be tolerated.

3. Timeliness: Ensure that all event participants arrive on time for scheduled sessions and adhere to the rental timeframes. If an event or rehearsal runs late, additional charges may apply.

4. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels. Keep sound to a reasonable level, especially in shared areas, so that other classes and events are not disturbed.

5. Use of Space: The space rented is to be used only for the purpose outlined in the rental agreement. Unauthorized use of other spaces or facilities is prohibited unless prior permission is granted.

6. Safety: Prioritize the safety of all participants during your event. Follow all safety guidelines, and immediately report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to staff.

7. Cleanliness: Leave the space in the same condition as it was found. Any excessive cleaning required after your event will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Dispose of all trash in the designated areas.

8. Device Usage: Mobile phones and other electronic devices should not disrupt the event. These devices should only be used in emergencies and must not interfere with the event or other groups.

9. Respect for Ongoing Programs: Imagine Performing Arts Center is a working educational space with ongoing classes, including those with children present. Respect for these classes is mandatory—do not disturb them in any way.

10. Alcohol and Drugs: Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. If alcohol is served, prior approval must be obtained from our team, and local laws must be followed.

11. Damage to Property: Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the space, equipment, or property. Repair costs will be charged to the card on file.

12. Additional Requests: If you need extra equipment, rooms, or services outside the standard rental (such as lighting, sound systems, etc.), please coordinate with our team in advance. These items will incur additional charges.

13. Behavioral Expectations: All renters and participants are expected to act in a professional, courteous manner. Any forms of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior, including offensive language, gestures, or actions will not be tolerated, and those exhibiting such behavior may be asked to leave.

Acknowledgment: By ELECTRONICALLY signing this agreement, you confirm that you, as the main contact person, have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules and expectations. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.
