IMAGINE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER EVENT RENTAL AGREEMENT, LIABILITY WAIVER, AND POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED HEREIN.
PAYMENT POLICY:
I understand that the rental rate for space at Imagine Performing Arts Center is $50 per hour, and that payment is required in full prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed. This fee includes the room, use of chairs and pipe and rape and lighting. It DOES NOT INCLUDE staff help, lighting help etc. Those things can be added for an additional fee.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure the rental date.
Any additional fees for extra services (such as additional rooms, sound, lighting, or staff assistance) IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RENTAL FEE and will be added to the total balance.
Payment can be made via check, credit card, or Venmo (@ImaginePerformingArtsCenter).
ADVERTISING & PROMOTION CONSENT:
I understand and agree that any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or film footage captured during my event at Imagine Performing Arts Center (both on- and off-site) become the property of Imagine Performing Arts Center. I grant permission for Imagine Performing Arts Center to use, reproduce, or distribute these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes on social media, the website, and other media channels. If I have concerns or would like to discuss media usage limitations, I will contact Imagine Performing Arts Center directly.
CONSENT TO MEDICAL TREATMENT AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENT:
I acknowledge that Imagine Performing Arts Center does not carry individual medical insurance for event participants, including performers, crew, or guests. I certify that all individuals involved in my event are covered by their own family or personal insurance policy, which shall serve as the primary source of coverage for any injury or illness incurred while participating in activities at or in association with Imagine Performing Arts Center. I understand that Imagine Performing Arts Center will not be responsible for any medical treatment or expenses resulting from injuries sustained during the event.
INJURY AND LIABILITY WAIVER:
I acknowledge and accept that participation in events, performances, rehearsals, and other activities hosted at Imagine Performing Arts Center involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, and property damage. On behalf of myself, my employees, contractors, actors, performers, crew members, guests, attendees, or any other individuals associated with or attending my event, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks.

I waive any and all claims against Imagine Performing Arts Center, its directors, employees, instructors, volunteers, and agents, arising from injuries or damages incurred as a result of participation in any activities associated with my event, whether occurring on the premises or off-site. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries that may occur during the set-up, performance, breakdown, or attendance of the event. I further acknowledge that Imagine Performing Arts Center is not responsible for any injury or harm sustained by any individuals associated with or attending my event, including performers, crew, or guests.
EVENT CONDUCT AND SAFETY:
I acknowledge that Imagine Performing Arts Center is a working educational space that hosts classes and activities, including those with children present. As such, I will ensure that the behavior of all event participants is respectful and does not disrupt ongoing activities or classes. I will ensure that all individuals associated with my event (performers, staff, crew, guests, etc.) are aware of and adhere to the rules and expectations for behavior while on the premises.
I understand that any disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to the policies may result in the immediate termination of my rental agreement with no refund. I agree to promptly address any issues as they arise to avoid further disruption.
CLEANING AND DAMAGES:
I agree to leave the space in the same condition it was found, and I will ensure that any damage caused to the property or equipment will be covered by me. A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed after my event if additional cleaning is required. If there is significant damage to the space or equipment, I will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement.
ACCESS TO SPACE:
I acknowledge that access to the rented space is restricted to the times outlined in this agreement. I understand that the space cannot be accessed before or after the contracted rental period unless express permission is granted by the staff at Imagine Performing Arts Center. I agree that all set-up, rehearsals, and clean-up must occur during the time stated in the contract.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
By signing this agreement, ELECTRONICALLY that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined by Imagine Performing Arts Center, including the payment, advertising, medical consent, liability waiver, and event conduct guidelines above. I understand that my rental and use of the space is contingent upon compliance with these terms, and that this waiver applies to all current and future events hosted at Imagine Performing Arts Center.
